The fixed engagement includes 1 LiveRep, a knowledge-base build, lead capture and booking, one standard integration, website deployment, QA and launch testing, 60 visual minutes and a results review. The 30 days begin when the LiveRep passes launch QA and goes live on your website. 100% of the pilot fee is credited toward the implementation fee of the plan you choose if you continue.

No. The 30-Day LiveRep Pilot is a fixed engagement. At the end, you choose whether to continue.

Yes. You can cancel before your next renewal. Your LiveRep remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds.

Setup and implementation work is non-refundable once work has commenced, except where the Aigentic Campaign Implementation Assurance applies because we cannot deliver the agreed configuration within the agreed scope.

Annual plans are prepaid for a 12-month term. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal. Unused months are not normally refunded.
