3. Paid services are governed separately

A website enquiry, calculator result, audit brief, demonstration, proposal or booked call does not itself create a client engagement. Paid services begin only when the parties enter into a separate written agreement or order that states the scope, fees and other commercial terms.

If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement about paid services, the signed client agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict. Payment, refund, cancellation, service-level and ownership terms for paid services belong in that agreement, not these website terms.

You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, analyse and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to you, produce requested outputs and deliver agreed services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any client agreement.

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right and any required permission to provide it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or third-party personal information unless it is necessary and authorised.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. The website may use cookies and similar technologies as described there and in any cookie notice presented to you.

12. Electronic communications and SMS

If you ask us to contact you, book a call or submit a form, we may respond using the contact details you provide. Marketing email or SMS will be sent only where we have the permission or other basis required by law.
